Translating AptDiff's text into another language does not require modifying the source code.  Simply make a copy of the ad_en.ini file with another name like ad_spanish.ini and start editing the text in it.  You can replace the string after "=" with the language that you want to use.

For example, if you want to make a Spanish version, you can do like this:

Save the file in sub-directory "Languages" at the install directory.  The translation will be listed under the menu "Options | UI Languages" after restarting AptDiff.

Any translation must be based on the ad_en.ini translation file, so it is very important to read and understand English fairly well.

Please always translate the most recent ad_en.ini tranlation file (current version 1.5.0).

Now English (Default), French, German-Deutsch, Simplified Chinese, and Spanish are available for AptDiff.
